  • How much do you charge?
    Our pricing is most commonly quoted by the square foot cleaned. Each job is unique and calls for a customized cleaning regimen. Call to discuss our pricing and options. We do uphold a minimum charge of $250.00 + tax per work order. Our estimates are always free. We always measure out the areas to be cleaned when we arrive and will communicate the total cost before the cleaning begins. You'll know everything up front!
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    We accept debit/credit cards, checks, and cash. We do not accept checks in move out situations. All payments are due at time of service.
  • Do I have to be home for my appointment?
    No. If you are comfortable with us cleaning while you're out, so are we! Often our customers have us clean while they are out of the house. If we have instructions for gaining access into the home and we know what areas are to be cleaned, we're all set! Just let us know the details when you reserve your appointment.
  • How long does it take for my carpet to dry?
    This can vary widely, but the average dry time is between 6-12 hours.
  • Are you running any specials?
    We reserve our discounts for our maintenance program participants. We offer a 20% discount to our customers that have us back within 6 months of their initial cleaning (cleaning at least the same areas as the first time) and 10% off to those who have us back within 12 months of their initial cleaning. We can even set up recurring appointments so you never forget to benefit from our maintenance program!
  • What is the best vacuum to buy?
    The one that you will use the most! Yes, we're serious. There are a lot of great vacuums on the market. Assess your needs, read real life reviews, and select the one that is easy for you to use and maintain often.
  • Do you have a product that deals with pet urine odors?
    YES! We have an awesome pet enzyme treatment that is specifically designed to help eliminate those strong odors. We have a high powered black light designed to find the problem areas so we can concentrate our efforts.
  • Do you have a professional product that you recommend to prevent stains in-between our professional cleanings?
    Yes! We have an amazing professional grade spot treatment that can be purchased. We often leave a complementary bottle of our spotter at each appointment.
